Dieppe, a town of fishermen, navigators and sailors, has lived to the rhythm of a corsair activity that has left its mark on Dieppe's spirits, amid the effervescence of trade links with distant countries and the West Indies. We'll be revealing this history first as we stroll through the town, then on the premises of the Fonds ancien, where you'll discover the exceptional documents left to us by the privateers of Dieppe. For, while the town has preserved nothing of the fabulous treasure brought back by Jean Fleury in 1522, it has, on the other hand, preserved the precious archives of Dieppe's racing wars! - Reservations recommended -
