Head for the coast!

What’s not to love about getting in and out of the carriage by the sea? A change of scenery guaranteed! Dieppe may be the doyenne of French seaside resorts, thanks to the arrival of the railroad in 1847, but the other seaside resorts soon followed.

In a hurry for a swim? Grab your swimsuit and let the train take you to the beach.

Rouen or Le Havre are perfect destinations for a citybreak by train. At your destination, you can stroll around on foot, use the self-service bicycles or take the streetcar or metro.
