Description
The Fonds ancien et local conserves a nineteenth-century work that still remains a mystery: Le Manuscrit du Pollet. In its hundreds of pages, the author recounts the legends and tales handed down by generations of Pollet residents. Ghosts, tormented spirits and fairies rub shoulders with tales of nocturnal ceremonies during which sailors thanked the divine figures who protected them during storms.
A stroll will guide visitors through these tales, before a presentation of the original manuscript by the archivists responsible for its preservation.
