Description
On the occasion of their 10th anniversary, the early music ensemble Les Kapsber?girls (Diapason d?or, coup de c?ur Classica) offers a Best Off program drawn from their favorite repertoires.
An opportunity to discover or rediscover French, Italian and Spanish Baroque works at the crossroads of popular and learned music, which have left their mark on the musicians and their audiences.
In one or two voices, with lute or viol, Les Kapsber?girls will breathe new life, more than three centuries later, into arias with titles that are sometimes eccentric ("Quand je veux boire avec ma maitresse"), sometimes evocative ("A la luz del dia", or "A la lumière du jour") or even tragic ("Non sà che sia dolore chi non ha?l mal d?amore", or "Celui qui ne connaît pas l'amour ne sait ce qu?est la douleur"). Humor and tears meet music in this colorful program!
