With its 25 rooms, Le Donjon - Domaine Saint-Clair welcomes you to the heights of Étretat. In this green setting with a view of the cliffs, the seasons are magnified by a unique landscape with changing lights. A stone's throw from the resort and its cliffs, between sea and countryside, everything has been done and thought out so that everyone feels welcome at home. The charm of this mansion is associated with a family atmosphere. In January 2021, the young chef Gabin Bouguet of the restaurant Le Donjon, was awarded his first Michelin star (renewed in 2022) for his cuisine deeply rooted in the Cauchois terroir. He works exclusively with fish, shellfish, crustaceans and local plants in the form of carte blanche. The Bistrot du Donjon offers friendly and gourmet cuisine, imbued with generosity.
