This charming family home features an intimate courtyard with a garden table, as well as a large terrace at the front, equipped with garden furniture and offering breathtaking panoramic views. The entire house has been decorated with antique family furniture combined with seaside touches.
Upon entering the house, you'll discover a spacious living room featuring a cozy lounge with a colonial wood-burning stove, ideal for the winter months (wood is left available in winter). The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, etc., and the dining room create a convivial space for family meals. A separate toilet and dressing room are located on the first floor.
The basement features a sofa bed on one side, and a futon and TV in the next room.
On the second floor, you'll be greeted by a magnificent master suite with a double bed and a breathtaking sea view, thanks to a large bay window offering triple exposure. The suite also features a study, closet, reading area and access to the bathroom with large shower, toilet and basin.
Another bedroom with double bed and desk, also with sea view, is located on the same floor.
The second floor comprises three further bedrooms: one with a single bed and two others with a double bed. A bathroom with shower and basin, as well as a separate toilet, complete this floor. An additional washbasin is located just off the hallway for added convenience. If you come as an 8-person party, the room with the single bed will not be prepared and will be closed (except on request and at extra charge).
