The Palais des Consuls, formerly the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie quai de la Bourse in Rouen, is now home to the Novotel Rouen Centre Cathédrale. Although transformed, the Palais des Consuls retains some of the building's remarkable features: the superb fresco, the majestic grand staircase and the chandeliers adorning the ceiling of what is now a large room overlooking the Seine.

11am: Coffee or tea and treats offered by the hotel after the session.
