The programme includes: choosing the spot and gear, launching and landing the kite alone, sailing rules, sailing in both directions, edging, board balance and transitions.
The group lessons are limited to two trainees. They take place on the beach or at sea from a boat, depending on the weather, the tide and the direction of the wind. The session includes the equipment and the preparation.
