New for 2023! La Gruchette welcomes you for a quiet vacation in the village of Gruchet-Saint-Siméon, near Luneray, where you can enjoy the traditional market every Sunday morning. This charming, tastefully decorated, semi-detached Norman farmhouse is ideally located between Dieppe (15 km) and Saint Valéry en Caux (13 km), and 10 minutes from VEULES LES ROSES. The property comprises 2,000 m² of parkland, with parking for cars, and an authentic Norman house of 108 m². Ground floor: entrance hall, living room with 18th-century fireplace (not usable), fully-equipped kitchen opening onto dining room, shower room and toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed (160) and an extra single bed, and a second, equally large bedroom with a double bed (160) leading to a bathroom with WC. Peace and quiet in a bucolic setting. Highlights : Proximity to the sea (Veules les Roses, Saint Aubin sur Mer, Quiberville...) Local markets: Wednesday in Veules les Roses, Friday in Saint Valéry en Caux, Saturday in Dieppe and Sunday in Luneray, 1 km from the house.
