Decorated by the designer-architect Vincent Duteurtre, the Escale Quai George V pays tribute to the architectural heritage built by Auguste Perret and to Le Havre's maritime dimension. Located on the 5th and last floor, its south-facing terrace offers a bird's eye view of the Bassin du Commerce and perspectives towards the port, St François neighbourhood and its restaurants, the centre rebuilt by Perret and the Volcan Cultural Centre.
