Mr and Mrs Freval welcome you to their self-catering holiday cottage located in Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Taille. Holiday cottage-flat in a private property in a quiet setting comprising: A living room with kitchen area (table, 4 chairs and worktops: fridge, microwave, mini oven, ceramic hobs and extractor hood) as well as a sitting area (sofa bed, TV and TV stand, Wi-Fi), a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Private parking space. The flat is recent and located on the 1st floor of an outbuilding. Fully furnished and equipped. No pets allowed. Sleeps up to 2 people Ideally located to explore Normandy or for business trips: 5 minutes away from Tancarville, Bolbec, Lillebonne, St Romain de Colbosc, and Notre Dame de Gravenchon. (EXXON and TOTAL oil refineries.) 30 minutes away from Le Havre, Rouen, Etretat, Fécamp, Honfleur, Deauville and Trouville. Close to all the shops and services, Carrefour shopping centre 3 minutes away.
