The Bakpaker brewery is above all a journey. A round-the-world trip Florian took in 2016 opened his mind and gave him time to think about what's next. An introspection. With an engineering background that was sounding increasingly false, he brewed as an amateur for 5 years and trained with local brewers before thinking of turning the idea into reality and becoming a professional. Since photography and travel were his passions for 1 year of his life, he wanted to give his beer the latter theme. Formerly an itinerant Norman, Florian now offers you the chance to taste his beers in his native Normandy, also with a view to making you travel. He has fine-tuned the aromas of his beers to give you the thrill of a beautiful landscape through the fine flavors of delicately selected hops.
