Flat at garden level renovated in 2020 with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers. The terrace has sun from the late morning to the sunset. You will be able to enjoy pleasant sunny evenings and watch the sunset over the sea. The flat comprises a bright living room with a sitting area and a dining table. From the sitting room, you'll have a beautiful view over the valley, the cliff and the sea. The kitchen at the back is open onto the living room. It is well equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hobs, multifunction microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo pod coffee maker, fridge/freezer. A first bedroom has a picture window opening onto the terrace and has a double bed and a single bunk bed. It offers a view of the sea. The second bedroom is at the back of the flat with a double bed. There is also a wash basin. Separate toilet with hand basin. Bathroom with large shower.
