100m from her home, the Princess of the Pea invites you to take a break in an old stable with all comforts recently renovated and made of flint, sandstone, brick and slate. A large living room-lounge-kitchen bathed in light with its openings on the garden and terraces. 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor, with individual beds and double beds (king size) according to your needs. 2 bathrooms. Our gite is a barn from the 1850's that we have been restoring for 1 year with the contribution of craftsmen from the surrounding villages. In the summer of 2022, you will be among the first to enjoy it and for the moment we do not have any photos to share, as the final layout is still in progress! This restoration and that of a neighboring barn are part of a change of life that is close to our hearts. Leaving industry and the international flow of goods to devote ourselves to the production of vegetables, fruits, herbs and edible flowers and to prepare small dishes to feed the families of the village by thinking more gourmet and more local, more ecological and more sustainable.

It is on this green and cultivated land, 2km from the Arnouville golf course, 9km from the beach and the charming village of Veules-les-Roses, 20km from the Yvetot train station on the Paris Le Havre line, 13km from Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, and about 1 hour from Etretat, Honfleur and Le Havre, that our gite is located

The rate is degressive depending on the length of stay, charges including heating are included. The newly installed photovoltaic panels on the south-facing roof provide us with green energy and your small daily gestures will help reduce energy consumption for the good of all.

Rainwater is recovered in particular for watering the crops but water remains a commodity to be preserved and the planet will thank you if you bring your sheets! Of course, if you wish and let us know 1 week in advance, the beds will be made for 8?/bed (the sheets are then washed, dried and ironed even for short stays). Also the planet will be delighted if you bring your own towels but we will provide you with some if needed for 3?/person.

The cleaning is 70? for this large living space. We ask for a deposit check of 500? which we will tear up if we find all our little universe after your departure. We ask that you do not bring pets or smoke at the Princesse au Petit pois.
