Our cottage "Au bruit de l?Yeres" boasts a perfectly manicured waterside garden, set in 5 hectares of parkland
Hectares where you can stroll in privacy.

You'll enjoy a view of our horses and their living and working
living and working spaces.

You will also be able to approach them during your stay, but we will not be able to offer you any rides or equestrian discoveries as this is our private stable and we are not authorized to receive the public in this area...

This "Normande" has a waterfront garden and comprises :
Living/dining room with open fireplace, new fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle), cosy living room with open fireplace, bedroom with 160cm bed, private shower room and washbasin; wc with washbasin and laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer)

First floor: large landing/mezzanine with work area leading to: bedroom with 160cm bed and possibility of adding an umbrella bed, bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a 2-person sofa-bed, with private shower room with washbasin and toilet.

Outside, take advantage of the sunny terrace and sheltered areas to relax in the various lounges at your disposal (no parasol).

The Nordic bath is available all year round, with views over the countryside and water heated to 37°C)

This cottage is designed for travelers looking for a totally unplugged stay (some city dwellers may not find the usual city comforts here, especially if you've never experienced lighting an open fire).

Beds will be made up on arrival for a supplement of 15? per person for the duration of your stay (towels and kitchen towels)

Dogs are welcome, but please no 1st or 2nd category dogs: supplement 15?/day/pet to be paid on arrival.

Possibility of reserving a basket of logs for the fireplace (15? weekend or 30? week). For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring your own firewood...

No parties allowed int/ext

A gardener comes to look after the garden for a few hours during your absence (less during the winter months)

Possibility of fishing in the river during the season with a daily or weekly permit

For bookings during the Christmas vacations, you'll find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree next to the fireplace!
