Located in Sainte-Marguerite-sur-Mer, the Chèvrerie de l?Ailly opens its doors to you for an immersion in goat breeding and artisanal cheese-making. Founded by Adeline two years ago, this farm is the fruit of a passion born in Savoie, where she trained in the art of cheese-making.
During your visit, Adeline will take you through her daily routine: from milking the goats to making the cheeses, including a presentation of her farm and her background. An enriching experience that will delight young and old alike!
The tour ends with a visit to the store, where you'll discover all the specialities: tomme, fresh goat's cheese, raclette cheese, yoghurts and even ice cream - all made with goat's milk, of course!
