Mohamed El Khatib and Israel Galván
They share a taste for soccer and the stage. One dances, the other plays. Both create unique scenic forms. Israel Galván has had flamenco in his legs since childhood. Mohamed El Khatib practices a theater of the real, nourished by his studies in sociology. Their parents are very religious, but do not pray to the same God. They received a religious upbringing, but have freed themselves from it. They are free artists, fulfilled in their art. But they still hide to smoke, and don't dare tell their fathers everything for fear of their reaction. Israel and Mohamed decided to bring their affinities and differences together on stage, to question their family archives and cultural heritage in mirror image. This show is their meeting point, a dream space that combines comfort zone and leap into the void. A friendly, humorous dialogue. A declaration of love to their parents.
