The Saint Michel d?Art?Lescourt association organizes an artist?s workshop in the rural commune of Saint Michel d?Halescourt.
The aim is to offer a lively, convivial cultural event open to all, enabling artists to present their work.
By emptying their studios, they are also able to offer works at very reduced prices, bring different publics together, and create links between residents (the elderly, working people, children, etc.) and artists - An art market bringing together 30 exhibiting artists/artisans (painting, culture, ceramics, etc.), mostly local.
The event will be multi-faceted, bringing together exhibition spaces scattered around the village along a cultural itinerary running from the village hall to the church, to the artists? studios, via the cider house, with dedicated times for performances and exchanges: concerts, themed café-meetings with artists, awareness/practical workshops, etc
Provisional program:
Saturday 10am - 6pm: Continuous exhibitions and stands
12pm - 2pm Meals available on site, in a convivial, shared atmosphere
2pm: themed café/meeting with artists
4pm: Awareness/practical workshops (e.g. watercolor, ceramics, etc.) 6pm Theater
Sunday 10h 17h : Exhibitions and stand
