Before the invention of the cell phone, the urge to make a phone call was naturally expressed in glass parallelepipeds curved in aluminum, enclosing - oh marvellous - the magic object that connects us to the world by wire. So it's only natural that Paul Durand, a dynamic executive, alert as can be, in his impeccable three-piece suit - pinstriped as in the City - should head for the famous booth to satisfy his compelling need to communicate. But the door offers unexpected resistance. Inanimate objects, do you have a soul? The little gentleman, a bit stiff in his suit, spares no effort: imperturbable, silent, stubborn, he tries incredible acrobatic tricks to get to the coveted handset.
