Starting on Wednesday January 08 from 6.30pm to 8pm, Association Passe-Temps will be offering a new leisure club:
Tai-chi-chuan, the famous art of well-being well known for the collective practice of the Chinese in public places.
Characterized by a series of slow movements, this activity plays on the principle of alternating opposites (Yin and Yang):
* relaxation and tonicity
* concentration and letting go
* inspiration and expiration.
Practitioners gently develop and maintain balance, flexibility and coordination. Thanks to these exercises, the optimal and measured use of psychomotricity in the aesthetics of movement increases, as does the ability to concentrate. Based on bodily intelligence, this practice provides access to movement awareness in relation to oneself and to space.
Tai-chi-chuan also includes educational exercises such as hand thrusting or "tuishou", and the handling of objects such as sticks and fans.
Accessible to all, regardless of age or physical level.
No equipment required; comfortable clothing and soft shoes are all you need.
Small groups of no more than 6 people to ensure a good learning experience and enough room to move around without getting in each other's way.
5? per session - 170? for the whole year - 100? for the January-July period.
Pre-registration or information on 06 80 10 36 68, from Florence, 20 years of experience.
