In his new show, Autour du soleil, Arthur H renews his art in a concert with two musicians:
Pierre is an inventive, surprising and free cellist: he can caress his instrument, lyrical and gentle, and he can rough it up, wild and chaotic.
Arthur H is on piano, keyboards, guitar and vocals. He poetically invites us into his intimate, spontaneous trance.
Starting with the familiar, warm and reassuring sound of the piano and cello, they process and then modify the sounds, assisted by electronics. Pierre loops, triturates and transforms. Arthur develops, opens and expands.
In improvisation, man and machine join forces to tell the stories of today, so that technology doesn't turn us into robots. In this concert, it's always the human who controls the machine, not the other way around. It's a show about the moment, freedom, the suspension of time and listening.
A superb, sincere and innovative show that's a pleasure to experience!
Opening act: F O R A Y
A singer of intimacy, F O R AY reveals himself without concession in his sensitive and moving new opus. To discover.
Bookings at Espace Marc-Sangnier, Tuesday to Friday, 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm
