In the forest of Eu, at the Montauban signpost located in Guerville, the V1 bomber launching site is now a memorial and reminder of the bombings carried out by the German army during World War II.

Located between the Bresle Valley and the Yères Valley, the Luftwaffe had not chosen this site just by chance to build its bases. The long and dense forest of Eu, the railway line and the numerous forest tracks provided favourable conditions!
