Qi Gong, led by the Tian Di association (instructor: qualified teacher, 4th Dan). Qi Gong is a gentle, traditional Chinese form of gymnastics that increases tone and reduces nervous tension, improves flexibility and balance, promotes inner calm, greater concentration and self-confidence.
