The Marie-Fernand, built in 1894, was first used for pilotage in the English Channel before being decommissioned in 1914. She was then used for fishing and yachting, before being repatriated to Le Havre in 1984. Classified as a Historic Monument in 1986, this sailing ship now takes part in prestigious maritime events, following meticulous restoration work between 2004 and 2008. Its preservation represents a major asset for the heritage of Le Havre and Normandy.
