Eglise Saint Laurent

  • Religious buildings
76560 Saint-Laurent-en-Caux
The specificity of this church lies mainly in its shape. The church of Saint Laurent has indeed the shape of a cross turned towards the East from where comes the rising sun, symbol of the risen Christ. This modern version dates from 1862, the old Romanesque church having been destroyed because it was too small. Its 19th century stained glass windows retrace the Way of the Cross.
