A Café and Restaurant in a place called Hamlet that reminds us of the both Scandinavian and British origins of Normandy and located in the Saint Maclou Ossuary, a former cemetery built during the Black Death. The place reminds us of the need to make the most of the joys of the present and more especially to share a table and cheerful cuisine that revisits the Norman. Gustave Flaubert is given pride of place through photos and artworks displayed on the walls. Café Hamlet is part of the "A table avec Flaubert" event by offering "Flaubert inspired menus".
