For mountain bike enthusiasts and beginners, over90 loops, or more than 1,000 km of trails, await you. Enough to wear out the tires of even the most seasoned riders! Then it’s off to tackle the steep slopes of the forests, cross the fields or follow the towpaths along the banks of the Seine.

If you prefer road or VTCroutes, explore the different landscapes through our selection of cycling loops: seaside, white chalk cliffs, urban centers, Normandy countryside, Seine Valley …. Every pedal stroke is worth the detour!

Are you new to cycling? Discover easy, safe routes like the Véloroute du Lin, ideal for a gentle ride through the Pays de Caux, or the London-Paris® Avenue Verte greenway, suitable for families. These routes, often flat and well laid out, are perfect for convivial outings, with rest areas and picnic areas for shared moments.

The more athletically inclined, on the other hand, will find their happiness on more challenging circuits such as the Vélomaritime®, which offers tough climbs and incredible views, or on difficult routes perfect for testing your stamina!

Avenue Verte London-Paris®, La Seine à Vélo®, La Vélomaritime®

The Seine-Maritime region has long been committed to developing major cycle tourism itineraries, offering miles and miles of cycle routesand greenwaysfor touring the Seine-Maritime region.

Our destination’s flagship product, the Tour de la Seine-Maritime à vélo, is ideal if you want to discover all the landscapes of our department in less than a week. On a 325 km loop, you can experience a condensed version of our major national itineraries: the Avenue Verte London-Paris®in the Pays de Bray, La Vélomaritime®onthe Côte d’Albâtre, the Véloroute du Linthrough the Pays de Caux plateaux and cycle along an iconic river withLa Seine à Vélo®. Are you convinced?

And if you love Norman cheese, the“Vélo & Fromages®” itinerary is sure to please! The circuit is a 75 km loop to be completed over two days, right in the heart of the Pays de Bray, perfect for cyclotourists in search of flavors! Leaving from Neufchâtel-en-Bray, you’ll have the chance to ride through the Bray region’s button-holes, stopping off at producers to discover their cheese-making activities.

Accueil Vélo, places for cycling tourists!

Seine-Maritime Attractivité is rolling out the nationalAccueil Vélolabel, which guarantees quality reception and services for cycle tourists along cycle routes.

Located less than 5 kilometers from a cycle route included in the Schéma départemental des véloroutes et voies vertes, accommodation providers, restaurateurs, sites and places of interest, bike rental and repair firms and tourist offices have been made aware of the importance of welcoming tourists by bike, and have adapted their reception conditions to their needs, whether they are touring or staying overnight.

Choosing a service provider with the Accueil Vélo label means that cycle tourists can be sure of :
– adapted facilities: secure bike parking, repair kit, electric socket, luggage locker, etc.
– A warm welcome: useful information and advice (routes, weather, etc.),
– cycling-friendly services: luggage transfer, washing and drying facilities, etc.
