Overview
The village of Val-de-Saâne, where starts this hiking trail, is named after the river that has its source there.
Horse riding enthusiasts will be delighted by this half-day trail between historical and natural heritage. Take the time to look at Château de la Couture and its waterside gardens on the northern part of your route along the Saâne. The GR212®, on the southern part, will take you to the Saint Sulpice fountain and its chapel, as well as to the springs of the Saâne. If you want to learn more about deer, then stop at the information boards. And who knows, with a bit of luck, you might see a few of them!
