Le Chemin Vert du Petit Caux à VTT

Côte d'Albâtre

Overview

In the heart of the vast agricultural plateau of Petit Caux, the Chemin Vert puts nature and history at your feet!

Between the town of Eu and Saint-Quentin-au-Bosc, this 17-kilometre route follows the old railway line linking Dieppe to Eu. Commissioned in 1885, the railway was removed in 1982. Today, the train no longer whistles but many traces of this railway past remain. You will be able to admire the gatekeeper's house, level crossings and the goods hall in Touffreville-sur-Eu!

On the nature side, the itinerary also benefits from a great richness! Be attentive and open your eyes wide... All along the route, many plant and animal species populate the place. Alongside common animals such as badgers, blackbirds and hares, you may be lucky enough to see rarer species such as ermine, tawny owls and green woodpeckers.
To learn more, information panels are posted along the route. Don't hesitate to consult them!

To cover the entire trail by ATV, you will need a little more than two hours! But it is also possible to cover only one section. There are several accesses along the route. If you wish to take a gourmet break, picnic areas are available at the start and halfway along the trail.
