Overview
La Maison des Gourmands is an Atelier de Pâtisserie Artisanale, created in September 2022 in Grigneuseville, in the Normandy countryside.
It's a place we've designed from scratch to make your cakes to order.
An event to celebrate? A dessert to bring to your guests? A meal at home? Or just for fun? Do you love gourmet, home-made goodness? Call La Maison des Gourmands to entrust us with the creation of your dessert.
The workshop can accommodate groups of up to 6 amateur pastry chefs.
Each month, themed workshops are offered to learn pastry-making techniques (macaroons, choux pastry, entremets, viennoiseries, homemade tart dough, etc.). For an average of 3 hours, we work on recipes together. You have all the equipment and raw materials at your disposal, and leave with your own gourmet creation to share at home. I look forward to seeing you at the workshop.

You can find some of my products at local markets, especially at the end of the year or during local events.
La Maison des Gourmands' flagship delicacy is the macaroon. They are available in small, chewable formats, and in large, shareable cakes.
