The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, from which you can enjoy a small sea view.
A small shower room, 1 toilet and 2 separate WCs complete the gîte.
The 150 m² enclosed garden offers a relaxation area with garden furniture and deckchairs, and a large round table for meals.
