Come and stay in this authentic 16th century dovecote with a breathtaking view of the Héronchelles valley (Emma Bovary circuit). Very quiet, near the owners' house, you have an enclosed garden of 3000m². This gîte has been fitted out and designed keeping the traditional aspect of the dovecote (exposed frame on the 2nd floor, bricks) while providing modern comfort and careful decoration. Animals accepted with an \ "animal \" deposit of 50 € / stay.
Ground floor : - open kitchen (ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer), - dining / living area with flat screen TV, Bluetooth speakers (in each bedroom and in the living room), DVD player, board games. \ n1st floor: - 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200cm), - Bathroom, - separate wc. \ n2nd floor: - 1 large master bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with flat screen TV and exposed beams. \ nLarge shared garden with porch and ping-pong table. Private garden furniture with barbecue and deckchairs at the foot of the Colombier. Access path to the cottage difficult for low cars.
