Holiday cottage located in Fécamp, 100 m away from the port and 300 m away from the beach, this fisherman's house on two floors comprises a small private courtyard (20 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue (no lawn). Full baby equipment. Free car park along the street.
Awarded the equivalent of "2 épis" - "2 ears of corn". On the ground floor: open kitchen (oven, microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher), dining area. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 1 cot, shower room with toilet and washing machine. On the 2nd floor: 2 single beds with lounge area (sofa bed) and TV. Sun deck available in the courtyard from May to September. Electricity included. Gas heating charged beyond 10 m3 per day (0.50€/m3). Linen rental. Optional housecleaning service: 30€. Tourist Tax.
