Originally created to navigate between the islands of Polynesia, the standup paddle is now a way to discover an unusual archipelago: the islands of the Seine! During this 100% glide tour, you'll sail around one of the river's islands, watching the sun set. Stand on your board and take to the water!

As you paddle along, Hugo, your guide, will share with you the secrets of the river and the valley. You'll have the chance to contemplate the cliffs lining the river, its islands, the surrounding fauna, not forgetting a shipwreck and a troglodyte chapel at sunset!

Number of participants : The outing takes place with a minimum of 4 participants
Minimum age: 10 for kayak, 14 for paddle and 12 for dragon boat
Be able to swim and immerse in water
Wear closed-toe shoes with good foot support
Depending on weather conditions: sun cream, sunglasses with cord, k-way, casual wear, closed-toe sports shoes, cap/hat, swimsuit, warm clothes for the return trip (the temperature of the Seine drops rapidly at sunset), spare clothes and shoes
Be in good physical condition for the activity
