Noël is a painter specialized in seaside landscapes. he is interested in light but he is still an indoor painter. however the theme of the crowd on the beach is very modern. since this time, the inhabitants of Fécamp have build houses until the “ferme de la chapelle” (farm of the chapel), a beautiful viewpoint.

To go there, walk on the “sente à matelot” (sailor path), (gr21).
