From the sources of the Eaulne, you will go up to the small village of Auvilliers with its characteristic church and the magnificent porch of its old castle. The return journey will take you through the hamlet of Epinay, not without first having walked along a wooded area or along the slopes which in May/June will offer you a few orchids to admire or photograph but not to pick

Just before closing the loop, back in Mortemer, don't miss to admire the restored wash house and if you feel like it, take a little break for a snack at the picnic area.
