Aux Sources du Bebec

Vallée de Seine

Overview

Admire beautiful panoramic views over the river Seine and the Pays de Caux countryside during this favourite stroll!

Known for its site, its departmental forest and for the tragic drowning of Léopoldine Hugo, the writer's daughter, Villequier is a privileged place that has seduced many well-to-do families who have wished to build magnificent residences there.
Near the church of Bébec, in the cemetery, you can discover a stone calvary from the 15th century as well as a few protestant and differently oriented graves. A special path allowed access without crossing the space devoted to Catholic graves, the church being used for both faiths.
