Overview
Open group lessons (booking required) at Criquebeuf-en-Caux on Mondays (5 pm - 6.30 pm) (1st lesson free - no obligation to sign up). During the session, we will do yogic postures and relaxation. The type of yoga, if we had to describe it, is Hatha Yoga influenced by various instructions and different teachers, including Iyengar Yoga, more recently.
Private lessons are also possible: on your own or with up to 7 people of your choosing, at your home, at the Fécamp studio (2 people max.), or outside...
