Overview
- Optimist internship (7-9 years)
Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Come and discover sailing thanks to the optimist! This small, stable and very maneuverable vessel will allow your child
to be a true sailor in five half days.
- "Multigliss" course (10-12 years old)
Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
You already know the optimist, come and try other supports (Kayaking, windsurfing, RS Zest) through various fun activities.
- Dinghy course (from 13 years old)
Tuesday to Friday 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
You have already practiced nautical activities, we suggest you navigate the sea on a dinghy.

Optimist courses (for 7-10 year-olds), multigliss courses (for 10-12 year-olds) and dinghy courses (for 13 year-olds and over) take place during the school holidays (Easter, Summer, All Saints' Day);
Optimist and multigliss courses take place at the Jean Paul Langaney water sports centre.
Dinghy courses take place at sea from the Paul Vatine base.
Neoprene wetsuits and lifejackets are provided.
