Collégiale Saint Hildevert
76220 Gournay-en-Bray / Pays de Bray
Built in the 12th century. A fire occured in 1174, but the St Joseph Chapel was not damaged. The Gothic arches were added on the walls of the Romanesque nave during the reconstruction and the new church was consecrated in 1192.
Outside, the front gathers three great doors. Two of them are toped with unequal square steeples.
The main great door decorative details remind of the fire that took place in 1174.
