The Fabrique des Savoirs (Knowledge Factory), a cultural facility belonging the the Métropole Rouen Normandie, is located in the heart of the Blin neighbourhood in Elbeuf in former textile factories. It comprises 3 departments dedicated to the promotion and conservation of heritage sites in Elbeuf: the Museum, the archives centre, the architectural and heritage interpretation centre which is related to the network of French Towns and Regions of Art and History. The museum regularly holds temporary exhibitions.
