Built in 2015 by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten, the Tonkin building is a concrete structure with a shed roof, evoking the factory roofs of the old industrial district where the building was built, as well as the waves of the sea. On the first floor are stores, banks, insurance companies, and offices on the upper floors.
