The house is spacious, with large, south-facing picture windows opening onto a beautiful terrace, and providing the comfort necessary for to spend a pleasant time. The sea is 15 minutes away on foot, the GR21 hiking trail borders the house for a nice walk and an immersion in peace and tranquillity when you are back here. Restored in an industrial loft-style inside, the building has kept its authentic look from the outisde in keeping with the surroundings. The picture windows bring the contemporary note. The combination of antique and modern material brings warmth and comfort. The walls are enhanced with lime plaster and the partition walls with warm colours contrast with the cold colours of the Alabaster Coast. From Spring to Autumn, Varengeville provides an amazing bunch of gardens to visit. There are many walks to do if you like. Varengeville has an exceptional, bright light that painters appreciated: Monet, Isabey, Miro came there, Braque stayed there. Musicians, writers have also been inspired by the place.
