In the Dun Valley, also called the Flax Valley, between the Alabaster Coast and the Pays de Caux, Pierre Chrétien, Michelin-starred chef for more than 20 years, invites you to try his cuisine at the “Auberge du Dun”.
Pierre Chrétien creates refined and light menus according to the season, insisting on the land products quality.
The restaurant has appeared with 1 "macaron" in the Michelin Guide since 1992, a master chef label since 2006 and with 2 chef's hat in the Gault et Millau Guide.
This gastronomic restaurant offers a very interesting menu with fish comming from the local fishermen.
