Overview
La Popote, the result of several years of work and improvement in the best Normandy restaurants! Thomas has been preparing his weapons for nearly ten years in renowned gastronomic or starred establishments.
He is now at the head of his third restaurant! A traditional restaurant at 19, a brasserie at 21 and a gastronomic restaurant at 25, followed by a catering service for weddings, cocktails and seminars for four years.
He will pass the stages one by one, year after year, to arrive in the town of Clères in August 2020, and after 25 days of work in the very famous Auberge du Moulin, succeeding Mr. Halbourg, he finally opens on September 4 to make discover his universe to a very demanding clientele.
Everyone wonders about the name "La Popote? in Latin, "popote" means "Auberge? like the Auberge du Moulin, it was necessary to mark a change of identity while keeping the origins of its predecessors!
And the Popote of our grandmothers often leads us to the fresh products of the region, and the fishing of our coasts. It is the whole kitchen which is served to you there.
