La BDH is one of the only restaurants in Le Havre recognized by the Collège Culinaire de France (Culinary College of France) which is an institution that guarantees the quality of the products and the values shared by the chefs and the producers. It is also awarded the title of "Maître Restaurateur" that guarantees homemade cooking. One of the best restaurants in Le Havre.
