Concert by Trio SR9 Paul Changarnier, Nicolas Cousin, Alexandre Esperet, percussion.
Concert for vibraphone, marimba, contrabass, glass and small percussion: RAMEAU / SATIE / L. BOULANGER ADAMS / FRAHM / RANI
Trio SR9 returns to the origins of sound and rhythm. Percussion is one of the oldest and most fundamental forms of sound production in music. It is present in almost every civilization in the world and dates back thousands of years. The birth of percussion can be traced back to the first primitive percussion instruments, which were made from natural materials such as shells, bones, stones and wood. In this program, they imagine a melodic instrumentarium rich in sonorities - wood, glass, metal, skins - to revisit a selection of works from the art music repertoire.
8:30pm, Salle André Bourvil.
Prices from 14? to 18? / free for under-18s.
