The workshop is participatory and convivial. Participants will receive a tasting sheet, and an aroma street will be available for consultation. Guests will be invited to fill in their tasting sheets, commenting on and describing the products they have tasted.
We'll guide participants through the essential stages of production:- Crops and how cheese is influenced by animal feed;- Milking and milk;- Processing stages;- Maturation.
The workshop will be led by Monica Herrera (gastronome specialized in food communication) and Stéphane Lefébure (cheese farmer). They'll help you discover the secrets of cheese production and tasting in a friendly, interactive atmosphere.
